once the excess flow is triggered, turning propane off and then back on again does NOT reset the excess flow!!!! You must first disconnect the propane line to relieve pressure, reconnect the line, then slowly open the valve again.
Try that.
As for DC operation, the stove/oven normally do not require any DC voltage. Fridge DOES, not 12V, no trigger. Same for the water heater, it requires DC to ignite. Same with the furnace.
