I was asking if you had a battery connected because the some propane detectors have a solenoid valve which is connected to the main gas line for the trailer. If the detector senses propane or goes off for some reason it will activate the solenoid valve to shut off the Propane Supply to the trailer.
You may or may not have a solenoid valve with your detector. I only made a suggestion that the propane detector may have shut off the gas to the trailer.
I have never operated my propane system in my trailer without a battery connected and I don't know if I have a solenoid valve or if the gas supply shuts off when there is no battery hooked up. I just know it is one thing to check for if the gas is not working.
