Can't figure out scare lights

They will be located in different places in each model and brand. Mine are located close to the lights position on each side of the rv. Don't know if they work or not as it's been a very rare occasion when they were used. Only when camping back county, usually disbursed because they can be very annoying to neighbors if you have any. Nobody likes being in a spotlight while sitting around the campfire.
