Can't figure out scare lights

I like to leave them on all night along with my outside speakers. Then I tie my little barking lap dog to the steps with one of those retractable 30' leashes while letting my diesel idle. I only do this while getting stupid drunk wearing my Hawaii flower shirt riding my daughters bike up and down the street singing Johnny Cash Ring of Fire. True story.
