Carefree of Colorado Awnng

I have a 20ft C of C manual awning and it seems to be sagging when retracted. Especially at the rear.I believe the spring(s) need tightening. I'm sure there is a thread here somewhere but can't seem to locate a thread on how to do it. Anyone have same issue in a recent past?:@

    I was curious.....so I went to Google and typed in "how do I tighten a Carefree awning"......would you believe I found this: LINK

    I LOVE Google.....although, I really don't know if it will work. :)
