Cargo door installed improperly from factory?

I agree, it is too late to expect anything from Dutchmen. I feel lucky to get a warranty item, in a timely manner, during the warranty period. A respectable manufacturer should at least respond!

I would work with Challenger door, as it seems they are willing to help. I have had a good experience dealing with Challenger door. I think they are a class act!
