Thanks guys for the posts. I have already ordered the door. Just wanted to see what others thought of the situation. Really, I will have to "deal with it". I have no problem taking care of repairs as they are needed, I just think a company should stand behind their product when it is damaged because of their oversight or carelessness, no matter the warranty, and I thought others might want to know of this issue in case they may be able to prevent the problem before it happens to their own trailer.
Yep, mike77leprechaun, the ThunderRoad badging was kind of an afterthought. I started with a Big Horn and just wanted to have something a little different. Enjoy yours, it's good for starting conversations.
