Carrying/ storing an electric bike

Just thought, I could build a deck off the back and add a couple bike storage hooks out back but really worried about the weight. Would have to run something like a set of 2x4's under the camper, then add the deck using that, then add a railing and add a set of hooks to the top of the railing to keep it high enough......starting to sound like a big project :E
