Considering that you don't have any specifics yet, I'd choose to add a heavier tow receiver to the TV and / or do something to level out the TV such as an equalizer hitch and / or air bags assuming the weights are within the limits of the TV.
As mentioned the rear bumpers are not really bumpers so they have a tough time handling even a bike rack sometimes. Loading tools or something in the rear bedroom is going to PITA to be moving them all of the time, especially if you're just looking for weight to add to offset some tounge weight.
