carrying weight on rear bumper to offset tounge weight.

No 8 to 10% is a VERY UNCOMMON % for TW for a TT with the 12 to 13% being FAR MORE COMMON. Your info is almost Dangerous and can't envision where it came from since it sure was not from this site.
