I purchased a used BigFoot and used it for 5 years. The build quality was exceptional. The design allows for no seams, no rubber roof, so no leaks. Since there are no roof trusses or studs there are no quick paths for heat transfer, they are thermally efficient. The frame on mine was stout, full length 1/4" thick x 2"x5" box section full length, double stacked over the axles. It towed like a vault.
It sat low so would have to be lifted to go off road. No way to get one under 3,500 lbs. Resale value was extraordinary. The molds for fiberglass (egg type) trailers are expensive. Could be why their exteriors and layouts change very little. You may want to check out Escape Trailers also. Another downside is there are no slides on that style trailer.
