casita, scamp, escape, bigfoot, oliver, all have lots of good followings and seem to hold up well. I've known many folks who have bought one used and then updated to a bigger trailer later and were able to sell them close to or more than they paid for them quickly. Buying new they would have lost money but on a few year old unit made out better than most other trailers.
they are not for everyone, but definitely fit a class of travelers well.
