I think manufactures lie about COG on regular basis.
My camper "lifts" front axle as well even with full front water tank and empty holding tanks.
My holding tanks are 7-8 ft behind rear axle. I can only wonder what 300-400lb there can do to driving stability.
Just like your trailer on long stinger.
