Seems odd that truck and trailer tires would blow out at the same time unless you ran over something... Then, it wasn't because your tires were overloaded... It was because you ran over something!
Even so, your tires really weren't that egregiously overloaded.

You were at 7040, just 210lbs overweight on the rear axle.
I'm just not buying that little bit caused a blowout unless the tires were underinflated, totally worn out, or again, you hit something.
Alot of variables , add tongue wt of trailer to total , how was it loaded ?
