How exactly would you have known the odometer had been rolled back by looking at the vehicle.
I agree looking over a vehicle closely and having a mechanic look it over are invaluable but not sure how to determine the mileage had been turned back
steering wheel wear, seat wear, brake and gas pedal wear, dead pedal wear, carpet wear...lots of things can show high mileage
