We have a mounted CB and a hand held CB that we use while spotting the trailer in a site. Works in the cab much better than FRS radios, did I say my truck is noisy? We will also turn on the CB in a stalled traffic situation, to learn what is happening and which lane might be open or blocked. HOWEVER, fewer and fewer truckers have CB's now a days. There was a period back a few years or more when one really did not want to hear what was being said on the radio.
