Mohican SP is our favorite as well. Just a great camping experience there and they have more than average full hookup sites too. A nice pool is a plus there too. You HAVE to book 6 months in advance in the summer though as it fills up very quickly.
A little further northeast is West Branch SP. They have a lot of full hookup sites as well and is a very nice clean campground.
Might I also point you to the group that my family camps with...The Great Lakes Popup Club (http://www.glpuc.org). This group originally started with popup campers but most of the members all have moved to hard sided units.
There are 5 chapters along the Great Lakes (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin). Each chapter has their own camp get together monthly at a different region of the state. Once a year a state chapter hosts a Rally in July. Next year it is Michigan's turn. It is great family fun and most of the members are young with family's. The Ohio chapter is meeting at West Branch SP September 13-15 for the NE campout.
Maybe we can meet up sometime?
