CEO Of Chrysler, Marchionne In Merger Talks With GM?

Just saw an article on autoblog that Marchionne is talking to GM about a merger with Chrysler. Please say it ain't so. Besides, wouldn't this end up being an anti-trust violation with GM/Chrysle...

I remember when they announced this. I never understood how that was possible.


They convinced the bankruptcy court that buying Sears would get them back to profitability. Investors drank the Kool Aid and ponied up the $$.
