CEO Of Chrysler, Marchionne In Merger Talks With GM?

Just saw an article on autoblog that Marchionne is talking to GM about a merger with Chrysler. Please say it ain't so. Besides, wouldn't this end up being an anti-trust violation with GM/Chrysle...

His unfiltered look at the industry is spot on.

FCA (Fiat Chrysler) is financially struggling. From strictly a business standpoint, Chrysler and Fiat should have both gone out of business in '09. Chrysler "MIGHT" have a chance of standing on their own. Fiat is currently dragging the joint venture down.
