What I see GM has sold is:
2011 2,503,820 vehicles in the US, 9,000,000 Globally
2012 2,595,717 vehicles in the US 9,288,000 Globally
2013 2,786,078 vehicles in the US 9,715,000 Globally
2014 2,935,008 vehicles in the US 9,925,00 Globally
You have consistently stated GM is hurting without giving any facts or sources. Please inform us of what GM has sold off in the last few years.
Selling cars does not mean a company makeing money! Or in good financial shape!
Dodge Guy, your protestations simply make no sense.
1. They sell as many vehicles as basically any other manufacturer.
2. They are now and have been for several years since the bankruptcy, very profitable. Read their statements!
3. They have an extremely large cash reserve.
4. Their profit margins are almost triple those for Chrysler.
5. Sergio, hat in hand, begged for them to consider merging and they refused to even meet with him. You would think he, better than any of us, would certainly know that they financially could or could not take them to a better place before begging.
6. Seldom do you see beggars on the street concentrating on other broke people. Usually they go for the obviously better off.
