Changed plugs on my V10

I finally had my plugs changed at 562 miles over 100,000. The Truck still ran great but it was past time. The gap on the plugs was nearly twice what it should have been. When do the rest of you change your plugs? The Truck is a 2003 Ford Super Cab with the V 10 eng

    :) Hi, my 2000 Lincoln Navigator with a 32 valve 5.4 L engine has 125,000 miles and still running the original spark plugs. Still runs perfect. I won't change them and I don't know who I can trust to do the job without damaging my heads.

    My last gas powered truck was a '98 F150 5.4 Triton and I had the plugs changed out at ~100k miles.
