I have had great luck upgrading my steel wheels with factory takeoffs. Craigslist and local wheel dealers who take trades always have the more expensive factory wheels. Normally these are very cheap and you already know the specs will be right for your vehicle.
Many times the wheel will be a new takeoff with factory tires for around the cost of just tires. That's wheels for free if you do it that way. Works for trucks so maybe it will work for vans too.
