Not my choice I use stand jacks on firm footing and do one side at a time. When I had a TT flat I jacked up the side and kept the TT hitched to the truck.
Still if it works, it works, he will probably never have an issue with that method. But as stated I do not think those style jacks have very good sideways stability.
Too risky for me.
