Changing your trailer tires.
Appears our neighbor needed 4 new tires. There's nothing supporting the trailer but the 8 stab jacks. Don't know that I'd be that brave even though I'm sure it will all work out.

I have torsion axles and have had all 4 tires off. I jack from the frame near the axles and support the frame with jack stands. I did have the tires off during my restoration work and I used wood cribbing at that time.
I've seen those scissors jacks tip and the load either tipped or shifted. They just don't have a large footprint to be stable, completely.
