So how do we know that he doesn't have leveling jacks instead of stabilizer jacks? Leveling jacks are made to support more weight and actually lift the trailer and not just stabilize it.
Poor guy probably decided he needed tires and came up with a fine plan to get the job done, heck he has 8 jacks under the trailer which you don't see very often so he probably knows a thing or two about what he's doing.
Can't believe guys on this forum are calling him stupid when they don't know the facts. Guys are bringing up a wind would push it over, well if you had your trailer setting on jack stands the same wind would probably push it over. Why worry about front to back movement unless he doesn't put the tires back on and continues to live in the unit?
This is a perfect example of if you don't know what your talking about or are scared of your own shadow you shouldn't say anything much less interject your unknowing opinion.
