So this is the route I ended up taking. Northern Tool ,899 with free shipping, no tax in my state, and a 50 dollar gift card. Plus I spent an extra 101 dollars and recieved a second 50 dollar gift card. Good deal.
Thanks to all for your help and Geoboy for pointing out that the Honda 2000 will run the RV 13500 BTU AC with a mod to the AC called Micro-Air. Cool product I was unaware of. Hence the value of asking what might be an obvious question on this forum :)
