Here is a test that you maybe able to do yourself. Doesn't seem to be that difficult.

for the price of cleaning and reinstalling the old turbo you would be better off putting in a brand new one.

I had a sticky variable vane turbo on my 6.0 I replaced it at 90,000 rather than service it.

I searched several sites for a Dura Max code P6325 and didn't get any results.
Have you searched for any?

Yes they check for proper voltage and things were moving fine. So that their suggestion was they could not repeat the problem. If they wanted to take a stab in the dark then they suggested changing the sensor. If that wasn't it and the vane was the problem they would refund the price of the sensor and clean the vane. Chev dealer says similar thing. However they did say that if it were the Turbo then there was a good will plan that might cover the cost for something that should not happen. Only 50K miles and 2007.

Gee it was nice of them to tell you that it is only a 700 dollar sensor or 1400 to clean some soot off the turbo vanes...

I would take the truck to some place that knows what they are doing, anyone can read a code and look at the list and say this part or that part MAY be bad.

Someone should put the truck through the proper test procedure for operating the turbo vanes through their range, while reading the output data from the boost sensor at the truck ECM....

They can do that easily if they know their business...

Did they say the vanes were jammed and not moving???

Was the sensor reading improperly, not reading at all??

Did the sensor have the proper supply voltage??

Took truck to a diesel shop. Check engine light was a P6325 or Turbo Boost sensor. Two things can cause it. The Turbo Boost sensor or the Turbo Boost Vane. Sensor is $700. Vane about $1400 since the turbo will have to be removed to clean. Right now they cleared the error and reset and relearned the sensor. Its wait and see now.

code is 2563 turbo charger boost control sensor. Why only when the camper is on. code clears when camper if off. Still doesn't clear with camper harness off.

Check engine light on again. Had the camper off the truck for 2 weeks. Hauled pallet of brick up a steep hill no problem. Loaded the camper back on from the back yard moved to front driveway and the CEL is back on again. Must be something to do with the camper wiring. First time with this problem since I had the camper since 2007 and loaded and unloaded camper many times. I have the camper wiring connected to the bumper trailer hitch via an extension cable.
