Dealers don't always tell you about recalls. I took in 2 autos one I knew had a recall both for preventative maintenance. I have been working with this particular service writer at this Ford for years. When I called and he wasn't there another service writer told me the other car had an important recall (cooling system for hybrid battery) that I researched if not done battery can overheat and fail. Although they do get paid for the work for whatever reason this advisor didn't mention what he actually printed out. So I will be more careful from now on.
