Heavy duty trucks aren't any bigger than half ton trucks other than being a little taller. They ride rougher but it's not like they're tractors anymore.

My truck is a quad cab. They don't make those in the HD models. My garage doors are 7' high. HD models are too tall for that too. However, my next home WILL accommodate larger vehicles. :)

My garage doors are 7' tall and I've fit both Ram and Ford 2500s in them.
