Chevy 8.1 truck with low miles?

This is not a for sale add, not my truck and don’t even know the guy, but for anyone looking, there’s one with 70kmiles for sale on Seattle Craigslist right now. Ext cab 4wd.
Not many of these around with low miles anymore.

Had a GMC ext cab 3/4 with the 8.1 and it was a great motor, so strong but so thirsty we had to carry extra gas cans when towing the fifth wheel on long trips. You would have to stop for fuel long before a rest room stop but it was a strong motor and with the Allison transmission it was a great combo.

Does it come with its own fuel station and refinery? Most 8.1L owners average less than 10 mpg on fuelly.

I know where there's one with 51K miles, and it's not for sale.
