Chevy Colorado vs Ford F150 (Update)

I bought a new 2016 Colorado in late 16. Full crew cab. Great sized truck. Loved the size, looks, etc. Hated the transmission. Constant shifting up/down. I never towed with it though it could tow (forget exact number) 7k plus. Ended up going to the F150....sure, I lost some $$$ but I chaulk it up to a good mistake. F150, as stated, is excellent shifting and great for towing. I got the 5.0 but any of Fords choices would be great I feel. We ended up with a larger trailer than I would have gotten with the colorado. Could not be happier....and the couple thousand lost in transaction is nothing I loose sleep over.

By the way, i came from a full size GMC 1500 to the colorado to the ford. I don't regret the Ford one bit. Wish I would have tried it before the Colorado a year ago.
