For those of us that use trucks. It needs to be rated under SAE J2807. It needs to cover 500 miles in a 10 hour day. I need it rated for at least a 12,000# 5er. I do not need an expensive grocery getter or lawn ornament. I am willing to pay for performance, but not for feeling good.
Many trucks max work is a trip to the Home Depot for some new plants. Many others just commute to work and back. Maybe pick up groceries on the weekend. This is the truck EV market.
Don't worry gas and diesel will be around a long time.
