Hi,
I believe I specified "from the cradle to the grave". That obviously includes mining, and transporting the raw materials.
Solar can be used at the local level so there are fewer power lines not more.
My "agenda", if I have one, is to lower green house gas emissions. Happily, solar may help to do that while keeping money in my pocket.
