Range when towing and re-charging turn around will be an issue for Tesla, Ford, GM, etc. trucks.
My benchmark will be my ICE tow vehicles whose MPG drops by 50% when towing my RV less on steep canyons and strong head winds.
If EV truck nameplate range of 500 miles and drops to 300 with a tow, this is still better than my ICE truck as the range drops just by 33%.
I time my refuelling stops for lunch and my total turn around time is 45 minutes to an hour. Again, my benchmark for EV truck recharging.
Your metrics are opposite what I have personally seen and from what I have read. I lose about 1/3 of my range when towing with an ICE and I am reading about 2/3 range loss with a BEV while towing. Currently I have a comfortable range of 400 miles between refueling less than 50 gallons in the worst conditions (loaded heavily with elevation climbs and head winds).
Certainly, I won't debate to substitute my own experience with you.
As to the upcoming EVs, I would wait for tests to prove or disprove desk top theoretical analysis we are doing here with an actual observable runs.
With veterans like Ford and GM in the picture, I'm confident of their vast experience on trucks and towing that the towing range will be part of their final design of the product.
Hopefully, the charging turn around issues will also be resolved.
I know, I know, it will not stop the skeptics.
