I don’t follow the “ramming down the throat” comment. Why or how would this happen? Referring to a specific country maybe. By the time they are “rammed down our throat” nobody will want a gasser anyway.

Maybe. But typically Tesla offers higher end performance versions first. They did this with the model three. It was a while before they offered the 35000 version. (Now 35400). I suspect it will be the same with the pickup.
