You can go to the FCA website and enter your VIN to see if your vehicle is affected. My 2014 JGC was affected. I downloaded the patch to a thumb drive and uploaded the software to the vehicle by connecting the thumb drive to the Uconnect system.
If you can't do this yourself, take your vehicle to a dealer and it will be done for free.
