Like Fish said, zddp is a good thing that will help with especially valvetrain wear.
But that said, cj ck, imo its more important to service the vehicle regularly than what you fill it up with.
Personal truck and car currently combined for close to 300k miles, have been running whatever 15-40 is on sale in them for a long time now. Neither burn oil, no blow by.
