- JohnnyQuest1961ExplorerWe bought our Class A RV used last fall, i imagine the previous owners did not clean it regularly. So I just did mine using a 1 gallon sprayer using the following -
1.5 parts simple green
1.5 parts white vinegar
fill with water.
Spray on both sides use a lite brush action to work it in. Roll it up for 15-30 minutes open it back up and rinse. Repeat if you have heavy spots. Mine is 8 years old and had some ugly stains but they are all gone now and it looks like new.
good luck and yes you will get wet. - hbradyExplorer

X2 Dawn and Bleach
I mix up a yard sprayer with some dish washing liquid and a cup of bleach per gallon and spray both sides of the awning then roll it up and let it stay for about half and hour. Unroll it, spray it off with fresh water and then address any stubborn spots that remain. - Dick_BExplorerI think there is a Beast Wash demo on how he suggests it be done. Seems easy enough his way.
