Clueless- how do I get my travel trailer running again?

After hours of trying to "Google" what exactly the powermaxx converter does in our travel trailer, I decided to post here. My husband is stuck on rig so I'm trying to see what options I have. We took ...

Check your circuit breakers first. The converter has nothing to do with the AC or water heater. It's only for 12v items like the frig and lights. You might have popped the main breaker. Bigger question is what did you really plug into? If it was 220v you could have blown every appliance in the trailer.
