We tried to hook up the TT to my mother in laws house electrical box. Unfortunately, it is too far to get answers or help from the electrician used. I'm glad I came here for advice. The mechanic at the rv shop told me my problem was just the converter. However, the more I read regarding the converter and what it does, the harder it was to understand why this mechanic is certain this is the issue. This won't be an easy fix or cheap one at that. Seeing that I need the TT next week for subs building our home, its best I have an electrician come out. Thank you for the help- I would have been greatly disappointed to buy a converter only to find out that I wasn't addressing the problem.
