Clueless- how do I get my travel trailer running again?

After hours of trying to "Google" what exactly the powermaxx converter does in our travel trailer, I decided to post here. My husband is stuck on rig so I'm trying to see what options I have. We took ...

I don't know what caused the problem, but if you let the magic smoke out of the converter, it is probably toast. I think you need to get someone you trust involved who knows RV circuitry.
