F150 screw - How many people are going with you? Both floorplans are more suited for two people vs a family.
Personal preference for DW & me, but we don't like a solid wall at the foot of the bed.
Do you want a tub, or a shower stall?
U-dinette, or twin bench seats?
Full-width bath, or full-width kitchen?
I dislike any floorplan where you don't sit directly in front of the tv set - Not that we watch a lot of tv when we're camping, but it does put a crink in my neck after a while.
I can't tell from the pic, but does the 246RKS have a flush floor under the dinette, or is there a raised box for the wheel well? A box cuts into the foot room for people sitting near the wall.
Again, personal preference, but an outside kitchen doesn't do anything for us. We bring a small Weber charcoal grill and a propane stove for outside cooking.
BTW - make sure the F150 has the relay and fuse installed for the trailer charge line.
