Good find.
Now find crushed Sprinter van with one of those 210 HP diesels and 7 sp transmission, few days of work and you have 30 mpg truck making 20 mpg with camper.
I have a friend who can handle electronics.
The best, you pay 1/4 ton registration and insurance for truck who can handle 1-ton job :h
I take it you’ve never done engine and drivetrain swaps of this sort.
But what is practical and works great is an early 12-valve Cummins swap.
