Coleman AC unit dripping INSIDE the trailer
I'll ask this question to you all since my dealer couldn't get it to happen -
Last summer when we ran our AC unit, it would periodically drip/condense on the inside of the trailer. I say periodically because it doesn't do it all the time. When it does though, it is in addition to it condensing on the roof and running off at the corner. We had it in for service although they couldn't get it to repeat (it was late fall). This summer has been better, but we haven't used the AC as much. If one takes the cover off the inside, it's dripping off of one of the front posts. It will either collect and then run out, or one trip last year it was blowing out like a mist with the cold air. We have rugs down on our vinyl floor so we can easily see when it's wet.
I'm not going to call it a roof leak, as when it rains no water comes inside the trailer. And the unit is putting water out on the roof - our dealer mentioned if it's on the roof it should be fine and out of the unit.
If it helps, I'll mention this is not a wall thermostat controlled unit, but rather the two-speed fan/AC unit with the knob right on the unit. Low fan, high fan, low cool, high cool. Turn the other knob from "red" to "blue" until you hear the condenser kick in.
