I am at Stillwater Campground, On account of the Beetle kill the campground has been clear cut but the views are great. There are electric sites available if you like and a dump station. There are a lot of activities to keep one busy also.
Thanks and it's good to see the lake is full. I've stayed there before and will be there next week. We like Grand Lake much better than Estes Park. Glad most do not agree with that.
You are correct, Estes Park is a joke if you are looking for a laid back vacation. The only time you can be assured of a RV spot in the RMNP is at the stroke of midnight on Jan 1st each year. Way too many people for me and my taste.
