I'm not opposed to electric vehicles. Like many, I don't like how they're being shoved down our throats. Hopefully they will have longer ranges in the near future.
150+ miles is usually enough to get out of harm's way. Many EVs have a longer range.
And what would happen if those caught fleeing ran out of gas, stuck in traffic? What *did* happen is that Florida passed a law requiring all new gas stations to be fitted with generators. Because folks ran out of gas.
