CP4s are still an issue, under warranty is not a big deal( well, I guess other than the inconvenience of it dying and leaving you stranded). But if paying for a fuel system replacement out of pocket on a GM a CP3 swap is a no brainer, do it once and you are done for probably 250k minimum. To my knowledge there is no swap capability on the Fords. Rams,I don't ever see the 6.7 not being a potential HG failure. The Siamese bore just makes the HG material between cylinders to **** small. Couple that with the small cylinder head and valves and those puppies are just wound tight on cylinder pressure to make the same power as the competitors.
