I just test drove Ram 3500 Laramie Ltd dually and Silverado 3500 LTZ dually yesterday.
Same dealer sells both. Both 8' bed. Both diesel.
Chevy +: Quiet, smoother ride, more back seat room, MyLink/OnStar, more plug ins for 12v, USB, 110, nice console layout, 10 way adj. bucket for passenger
Chevy -: DEF tank location and fill under the hood, the seat cushions are too short, no turbo gauge, 3:73 axle only choice, no light in glove box.
RAM +: larger seat cushion, turbo gauge in info screen, DEF filler location, choice of axle ratios, fold flat back storage and even in floor storage, nice info screen, available air suspension, better sound system.
RAM -: armrest too narrow, rougher ride, fold flat floor plastic supports, passenger bucket seat cushion has no adjustment for up/down, or tilt, less plug ins for USB, 12v, no light in glove box.
All that, and ultimately it will boil down to how comfortable is the seat :)
