I wanted no emissions, and more power, so I bought an '01 International with non-emission DT466E. The motor has 800+ lb-ft at 1400 rpm and the motor is bone stock. The truck has plenty of gearing and can move more weight than any new diesel pickup can hope to. And it didn't cost $50K-60K+ :)
