I bought a new Town and Country less than a month ago..took it on my families summer vacation and the water pump failed on me. Started squealing and making all kinds of racket. 600 miles from my home dealership I take it in to a dealership in town close to where we are vacationing. They took care of everything and my van is back in shape. Only lost about 5 or 6 hours.
So, Chrysler stood behind their product. I hope that counts!
